Shipping method

When you purchase AktivFilter 3.4 Personal Edition eMail, the Professional Edition eMail and the Student Edition, you will receive an email with a web address from which you can download the software, as well as a file containing your license information, which you need to activate the software.
ActiveFilter 3.4 Professional Edition CD-ROM or USB stick: You will receive a data carrier with the current program version at the time of ordering and a document with your license information by mail. With the delivery, we will also provide you with the internet address from which you can download later versions of the program.
When you purchase the USB Key for AktivFilter 3.x, you will receive a USB stick sent by postal mail.
When you purchase the Key Disk for AktivFilter 3.x, you will receive a CD-ROM sent by postal mail.

Update

Each release of AktivFilter 3.4 includes the option of free updates to all subsequent AktivFilter 3.x versions. Your investment in AktivFilter is therefore future-proof, as you can benefit from improvements and further developments of the AktivFilter software.

Registration

With AktivFilter 3.4 Personal Edition, Professional Edition and Student Edition, you have 30 days after installation to register your installation online. By clicking a button in a dialog box within the program, an internet form will open in your web browser. The form contains an ID, which is derived from a checksum of your system. You typically only need to enter your email address into this form and submit it. The code required to complete the registration will then be displayed.

Each license for AktivFilter 3.4 Personal Edition, Professional Edition, and Student Edition can be registered up to three times. This allows you to continue using your valuable AktivFilter 3.4 license even after upgrading your operating system, for example, from Windows 7 to 10. If you have the previous version AktivFilter 3, 3.1, 3.2, or 3.3, you can download the current version of the software; the download address can be found in your license information under "Download/Update".

Owners or purchasers of AktivFilter 3.4 Personal or Professional Edition have the option to avoid registration by purchasing a USB Key for AktivFilter 3.x allowing them to install the program on multiple computers and run it on whichever computer the USB Key is plugged into.

Owners or purchasers of AktivFilter 3.4 Personal or Professional Edition have the option to avoid registration by purchasing a Key Disk for AktivFilter 3.x, can install the program on multiple computers, and run it on the computer in whose DVD drive the Key Disk is inserted.

AktivFilter 3.4 Student Edition

The AktivFilter 3.4 Student Edition is exactly the same as the AktivFilter 3.4 Personal Edition eMail product and can only be ordered by pupils, students, and trainees. To order, you must send us a scanned, currently valid certificate from your school or training institution, or a certificate of enrollment, via email after placing your order.
